Counselling services
Private counselling and psychotherapy.
Kevin works with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of personal and emotional difficulties. Every session is confidential, client-led, and free from judgment.
Individual counselling
A space that's entirely yours.
Individual counselling offers a private, 1-on-1 space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're dealing with a specific difficulty or simply need to be heard, Kevin provides a safe, accepting environment where you can speak freely.
Sessions are completely client-led. There's no fixed agenda, no programme to follow, and no pressure to share more than you're ready to. You decide what to talk about and when.
Individual counselling can help with a wide range of difficulties — from anxiety and depression to relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, and more.
Couples & family counselling
Support for relationships under strain.
Couples counselling offers a private space for two people who want to communicate more clearly, rebuild trust, or navigate a difficult period together. Kevin works with both partners without taking sides — the goal is understanding, not judgment.
Family counselling provides support for families experiencing conflict, communication difficulties, or significant life changes. Sessions focus on helping family members understand each other and find a way forward together.
Whether you're working through a specific issue or simply want to strengthen your relationship, counselling can provide a structured, safe space to do that.
Anxiety & depression
You don't have to feel this way forever.
Anxiety and depression are among the most common reasons people seek counselling. They can affect every area of life — work, relationships, sleep, and your sense of who you are.
Kevin uses a combination of person-centred counselling and CBT-informed approaches to support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, panic, persistent worry, or depression. The focus is on understanding your experience — not labelling it.
Sessions provide a safe space to explore what's happening, understand the patterns behind it, and develop practical ways of relating to your thoughts and feelings differently.
Trauma counselling
Specialist support for trauma survivors.
Trauma can take many forms. It may be the result of a single event, or something that built up over time. It can affect how you think, how you feel, how you relate to others, and how you experience the world around you.
Kevin holds a Level 4 Diploma in Working with Trauma and has specialist training in working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse through CRASAC. This work is approached with the highest level of care, sensitivity, and confidentiality.
If you've experienced trauma, you don't have to explain everything at once. The first step is simply a conversation — at your pace, on your terms.
Kevin has specialist training in working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse through CRASAC.
In-person in Camborne or onlineNarcissistic abuse
You are not imagining it.
Recovering from a relationship involving narcissism can be deeply disorienting. Kevin offers dedicated, specialist support for people at every stage of that process.
Narcissistic abuse can leave you questioning your own reality, your worth, and your ability to trust your own judgment. The effects can be profound — and they're real.
Kevin provides a safe, non-judgmental space to work through the psychological effects of narcissistic relationships — including self-esteem, grief, identity, relationship patterns, and coping strategies.
Whether you're still in the relationship, recently out of it, or years into recovery, support is available. You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
